Chicago International Charter School – (Design/Build—Irving Park Academy and Loomis Primary Campus [Caroline Friess Building])—$5.2 million

  • Design/Build construction school renovation through a partnership with Wight & Co.
  • Irving Park Academy—Conversion of an existing school to comply with modern ADA requirements, installation of new elevator, new roof, asbestos removal and site improvements.
  • Loomis Primary Campus [Caroline Friess Building] —Conversion of a convent to a K-8 school to comply with modern ADA requirements. Provide 25 classrooms (four kindergarten), multipurpose areas, library, administrative offices, a green roof and site improvements.
